Our mission at The Fitting Room Canada, Inc. (“The Fitting Room”, “TFR”, “we”, “us”) is to redefine the way we shop for apparel online. We enable you to virtually try-on and order made-to-fit garments in the comfort of your own home. We believe that the privacy of a fitting room in the real world should also apply in the virtual one.
We have prepared this Privacy Policy to help you understand how we collect, use, and share your personal information when using our website, our mobile app, or other services we provide (collectively our “Services”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated in and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Roles and responsibilities
Unless otherwise stated, TFR is the controller of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information we process on behalf of our customers in the role of processor, sub-processor, or service provider such as when our customer provides you with access to our Services. In such cases, our customer is the controller of your personal information and we process that information solely at their direction as outlined in our agreement with them. All privacy related inquiries should therefore be directed to the customer.

When you use our Services we collect your personal information and generally use it to provide you with and improve those Services.

Please note that we delete your 360 turn video after we create your 3D reconstruction.

To generate aggregate statistical or de-identified insights on the performance of the products offered through our Services.

Protecting the personal information you entrust us with is our priority. As a global company, some of our operators and service providers may access, process, or store your personal information outside of these regions.

If we sell or transfer all or part of our business for which your personal information is an asset in connection. If this happens, we will comply with the legal requirements associated with the disclosure of your personal information.

We seek to give you as much control over your personal information as is possible in the context of our Services. In our apps, we provide you with some choices as to what personal information you share with us (e.g. selfie or no selfie) as well as your communication preferences (e.g. opt-in to commercial electronic messages). Moreover, you can also set your browser or device settings to accept, refuse, or delete cookies. If you do choose to reject cookies, some of the functionality within our Services may not be available to you. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, correctness, and completeness of the information you provide us and your choices - so please keep us up to date!
Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to access the personal information we have about you. At your request and absent any legal restrictions we will provide you with this information in compliance with applicable laws. If we are unable to provide you with a response to your satisfaction you may bring the matter to the attention of the appropriate Privacy Commissioner.

We regularly update our privacy practices and may therefore update this policy from time to time - we encourage you to check back regularly. The last modified date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last modified. For anything major - we will send you an email.
